Who We Are

Our Mission is to see nations discipled in our generation in fulfillment of the Great Commission of the Scriptures.

Our Purpose is to develop Bible-based transformation models in business, education, government, and in congregations to equip and release Christians to operate in the power and presence of God in the marketplace 24/7.

What sets the ITN apart is our adherence to Five Pivotal Paradigms for Nation Transformation.

The Five Pivotal Paradigms for Nation Transformation

  1. Believers are called to disciple nations, not just individuals. (Matthew 28:18-20)
  2. The marketplace, which is the heart of the nation, has been redeemed but now it must be reclaimed. (Luke 19:10)
  3. Every Christian is a minister, and labor is worship. (I Tim. 2:1-8; Col. 3:23)
  4. Christians are called to take the kingdom of God to where the kingdom of darkness is still entrenched for people to turn from darkness to light and Jesus will build His Church. (Matt. 16:18; Acts 26:17-18)
  1. Nation transformation must be tangible, with the premier social indicator being the elimination of systemic poverty. (1 John 3:8b)

    What We Do

The ITN and each of its members are actively building prototypes for transformation at every level, from the personal to the corporate, in cities and nations, beginning with one’s personal sphere of influence.

    • A Transformation Company, Profession or Individual embraces and models the Five Pivotal Paradigms and:
      • Ethically operates in the highest integrity to produce and deliver superior products and services.
      • Actively improves the quality of life of their workforce and families.
      • Pursues with excellence the transformation of its sphere of influence and expertise in the marketplace.
      • Invests generously and sacrificially in the broader community.
  • Purposefully connects with other companies, professions and individuals to impact the world.
  • A Transformation Church is one whose leaders embrace and model the Five Pivotal Paradigms and which:
    • Equips, commissions and releases its members to reach the marketplace and pastor the city/region 24/7.
    • Diligently pursues the organic unity of the larger Body of Christ to energize the mission of the Church.
    • Commits a growing percentage of its resources to kingdom expansion by sacrificially investing beyond the local congregation to achieve the objective of transformation.
  • Expects the Kingdom of God to be tangibly manifested in cities and nations.

    How We Do It

A lifestyle of “Prayer Evangelism a la Luke 10:1-17 prevails at the core of everything that we do. It makes the five paradigms attainable and gives them life. Whether in the presence of kings or with the neighbor next door, prayer evangelism brings the presence and the power of God to touch their lives, their relationships and the environment around them. The power of evil is overcome and the kingdom of God is established where the enemy was once entrenched.

The Principles of Prayer Evangelism from Luke 10:1-17

    1. Bless: Speak peace to people and systems in your sphere of influence. (v.5)
  • Fellowship: Intentionally connect with those outside the Kingdom of God. (v.7)
  • Minister: Address their felt needs in the name and on behalf of Jesus. (v. 9a)
    1. Proclaim: Let them know that the kingdom of God has come near to them. (v.9b)
